I work with several different types of computer programs at work, one program I work with all in allows the business I work for to send and receive bank proceedings. I tried to explain to them the program was not functional and trying to bring it in all those times was a noxious idea but they were convinced they could fix it without pass on assistance. They got stuck on one idea and did not use critical thinking to solve the problem.
